Deep Isolation develops technology solutions for the permanent disposal of nuclear waste using deep borehole repositories. Its approach utilizes directional drilling and engineered canisters to isolate high-level radioactive waste deep underground in stable geologic formations, offering an alternative to conventional repository designs. On the call, we will discuss the role of advanced disposal technologies in supporting nuclear expansion, particularly as new reactors and fuel cycles increase the need for scalable, long-term waste management solutions.
